We're looking for an Account Executive

Cargofive offers a platform that makes access to ocean freight rates easier. At Cargofive, we help freight forwarders to digitalize and standardize their pricing and sales processes.

As a Customer Success Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to be part of a little startup aiming to give the evolution of a gigantic industry that’s vital for the whole world a big boost.

Responsibilities: 

The Customer Success team is in charge of being always in contact with customers from the moment they subscribe, in order to ensure that they have the best experience possible with Cargofive. As an Account Executive, you will have the responsibility of doing the onboarding, maintaining communication with our customers (oral and written), constantly analyzing the users’ behavior, and creating strategies to stimulate the app’s usage. You will also have to work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams to encourage joint actions. Finally, as an important part of the role, you will be in charge of creating results and users behavior reports that help us grow our business.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work full-time remotely in the European time zone (GMT+1)
  • Knowledge and experience in international logistics
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support and/or Sales
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Fast learning ability
  • Analytical
  • Proactive
  • Constantly going beyond what’s asked
  • Basic knowledge of technology
  • Adaptable and highly flexible abilities
  • Spanish (native) and English (advanced) languages

Desirable

  • Experience in selling digital solutions 
  • Knowledge of tools in users management and their behavior (Intercom, Mixpanel, CRM, etc.)
